Fundraising Schedule – 2010

 

 

1.    Varsity Gold cards    - Kickoff on March 11th

 

a.    Players will sell for nine days ending with a blitz on March 20th at the commons at 12:00 noon.
b.    Players are requested to sell 20 cards which contain discount coupons to many area businesses. Cards sell for $20 each
c.    Prizes for players selling 20 or more tickets
                                          i..    Sell 15 cards and get a long-sleeved NVLAX dry-fit shirt
                     ii.  Sell 20 cards and get a the dry-fit shirt and a NVLAX hoodie with your name & number on it…  (new design)
                           iii.  Sell 25 cards and get both items above and a NVLAX pull-over with your name & number on it.   
                      iV.   Wings party for the team that sells the highest “average per player”
 

 

2.    Sponsorships –                   
a.    Start date –  Week of April 5, 2010
b.    Our club will sell corporate and individual sponsorships
c.    Four levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum - perks will increase with each level
 
 
 
3.     Chicago Trip Raffle Dates- April 29 – May 10
a.    Raffle- Weekend Getaway to Chicago.
b.    Players should sell at least 10 raffle tickets at $10 each
                                          i.    Players are given 15 tickets- More may be requested
                                        ii.    Prize given to Player with top sales!
                                       iii.    Prize given to all players who sell 15 tickets by May 3rd
                                       iv.    Additional prizes to those players who sell an additional 5 tickets by May 10th

 

Tax Deductions

Yard Signs 
Yard signs are made with durable, heavy-gauge galvanized metal and a permanent powder-coat paint finish. Signs are personalized with your school name, sport/activity, and student’s name. They provide recognition throughout the season or academic year and make great keepsakes. Click to download a form to order your sign. All orders must be accompanied with check in the amount of $45.00 per sign made payable to: Neuqua Valley Mens Lacrosse Club.
